During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 Pendulum Monster from your hand or GY in Defense Position, with a Level between the Pendulum Scales of the 2 cards in your Pendulum Zones.

Preorders

Orders are bought in function of preorders placed by customers.

Any sealed product preorder cancellation will result in a 20% restocking fee plus applicable taxes, if this cancellation is done within the week of the product's release, there will be a 30% restocking fee instead plus applicable taxes.

Any cancellation for preorder/presale of individual cards will result in a 40% restocking fee, and if the cancellation is made during the week of a product release, there will be a 50% restocking fee instead plus applicable taxes.
