Customer Service Representative Full-Time or Part-Time (Starting February)

Starting Salary: 17$/hr + depending on additional skills

We are looking to hire customer service representatives to work in store to sell Yu-Gi-Oh! Singles, sealed products and trading card accessories. Additionally maintaining the cleanliness of the store, processing online orders and operating in store tournaments.

Responsibilities 

  • Greeting customers
  • Processing transactions
  • Providing customers with their online orders
  • Preparing and packaging online orders for shipment
  • Opening and closing tasks
  • Purchasing Yu-Gi-Oh! Singles in store

Requirements

  • Speaks French and English
  • Positive attitude 
  • Knowledge of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading card game both old format and current
  • Task and time management skills
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and without supervision
  • Working well under pressure

Asset Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Games Workshop games and products
  • Knowledge of other TCG (MTG, Pokemon)
  • Knowledge of various board games

 

Stockroom Associate Part Time (starting February) 

Starting Salary 16$/hr + depending on additional skills

We are looking to hire an associate for processing Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading cards and maintaining stock room organization.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting and organizing trading cards by card type and alphabetical order
  • Keeping a tidy workspace
  • Organizing overstock and backroom products
  • Occasionally helping to open and organize new products and releases

Requirements

  • Self motivated and able to work independently without supervision
  • Knowledge of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading card game both old format and current
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to work efficiently and at a steady pace
