If this card is in your hand or GY: You can pay half your LP, then target 1 Level 6 or lower monster you control; Special Summon this card, and if you do, this card's Level is reduced by the Level of the targeted monster, also place this card on the bottom of the Deck if it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "Destrudo the Lost Dragon's Frisson" once per turn.

Any sealed or unopened product purchased through cardbrawlers.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it is our error (Incorrect Item) at which point we will cover the costs.
Preorders
Orders are bought in function of preorders placed by customers.
Any sealed product preorder cancellation will result in a 20% restocking fee plus applicable taxes, if this cancellation is done within the week of the product's release, there will be a 30% restocking fee instead plus applicable taxes.
Any cancellation for preorder/presale of individual cards will result in a 40% restocking fee, and if the cancellation is made during the week of a product release, there will be a 50% restocking fee instead plus applicable taxes.
