Orders are shipped out within 3 business days following cleared payment through Purolator, UPS or Canada Post. 

Free standard shipping on orders containing only TCG singles over $50, Free tracked shipping on orders containing only TCG singles over $120 within Canada

Free tracked shipping on sealed products over $165 within Canada

*International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees*

Any order containing preorder items will be delayed and will only ship once all preorder products are available.

*Sealed Yu-Gi-Oh! products cannot be shipped internationally due to restrictions placed by Konami*

We are not responsible for any lost orders shipped with standard mail, the option for tracked and insured shipping is available at checkout.

If an order is deemed to be lost in transit despite there being tracking, the order will be refunded and compensated. If standard shipping was selected, unfortunately there is nothing more that can be done on our end and no refunds will be given.
